Christmas Openings
That’s it, joyriders, we’ve closed our (online) doors until next year. Any orders placed over the festive period will be processed from Monday 5th January 2026.
Our offices will close at 4pm on Tuesday 23rd December and will re-open at 9am on Monday 5th January 2026.
We are still accepting orders over the festive period. We will begin processing these on Monday 5th January 2026 and as soon as your bike is with our courier they will email you with delivery information.
Our phone lines will be closed from 4pm Tuesday 23rd December and will re-open at 9am on Monday 5th January 2026. You can, of course, get in touch via email at any time and we will get back to you from 5th January.
We've extended our returns policy over the festive period. Any items ordered online between Saturday 1st November 2025 and Thursday 1st of January 2026 can be returned up until Friday 30th January 2026 for a refund. Full returns information can found here: Returns
Our last collections will take place on Friday 19th December. We are unable to accept collections over the festive period, they will resume from Monday 5th January 2026.
We will not be able to issue any new returns numbers until the New Year. You can email us at any time whilst we’re closed and we will begin to issue new returns numbers from 5th January 2026.

Information on old Raleigh bikes
We’ve been making bikes since 1887 – which is pretty cool, when you think about it. So it’s no surprise that we get a lot of questions about older bike models. Unfortunately, the records for most of our old bikes are held by Nottinghamshire County Council, and we can’t easily access them.
