Christmas Openings
That’s it, joyriders, we’ve closed our (online) doors until next year. Any orders placed over the festive period will be processed from Thursday 2nd January 2025.
Our offices will close at midday on Tuesday 24th December and will re-open at 9am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
We are still accepting orders over the festive period. We will begin processing these on Thursday 2nd January and as soon as your bike is with our courier they will email you with delivery information.
Our phone lines will be closed from midday on Tuesday 24th December and will re-open at 9am on Thursday 2nd January 2025. You can, of course, get in touch via email or our social media channels at any time and we will get back to you from 2nd January.
We've extended our returns policy over the festive period. Any items ordered online between Friday 1st November 2024 and Wednesday 1st of January can be returned up until Friday 31st January 2025 for a refund. Full returns information can found here: Returns
Our last collections will take place on Friday 20th December for. We are unable to accept collections over the festive period, they will resume from Friday 3rd January 2025.
We will not be able to issue any new returns numbers until the New Year. You can email us at any time whilst we’re closed and we will begin to issue new returns numbers from 2nd January 2025.

Information on old Raleigh bikes
We’ve been making bikes since 1887 – which is pretty cool, when you think about it. So it’s no surprise that we get a lot of questions about older bike models. Unfortunately, the records for most of our old bikes are held by Nottinghamshire County Council, and we can’t easily access them.
