ARE YOU AND YOUR BIKE NOT QUITE GETTING ALONG?

We’re sorry to hear that. But these things happen.

We have a 30 day returns policy to give you the chance to take your new ride out for a spin.

If it isn’t the perfect match for you, simply get in touch with our Customer Service team who will be able to help you organise the return. We charge £35 for a return, which we deduct from your refund.
